Welcome to Soul View Counselling

It's my goal to create a comfortable, safe environment, where we'll work to achieve the goal together.

I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person's unique story.

I bring both professional training and lived experience to my practice. As someone of mixed heritage who has navigated the complexities of identity, trauma, and healing, I understand how personal and layered the journey toward well-being can be. This perspective helps me connect with clients in a way that is culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and genuinely human.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you're struggling to cope, feeling stuck, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, I offer a space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported.

My approach is eclectic, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including CBT, mindfulness, attachment theory, and somatic awareness. This flexibility allows me to tailor our work to fit your unique needs, values, and pace.

At the heart of my work is a belief in the healing power of connection. I see therapy as a collaborative process where together, we explore not just what hurts, but also what’s possible.

They are usually 50 minutes and can be 80 minutes upon request - couples sometimes need extra time.
Usually 4-8 sessions but it depends on issues and concerns.
Currently I'm offering online and in person sessions.
Please check under your own coverage for a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). I am registered in BC and have a 'qualifying' status with CRPO, which is the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario - which allows me to work in different provinces.
I would need 24-hour notice; if last minute it will be charged.
In our first session, I’ll take some time to get to know you by asking a few questions about your background, current concerns, and what brings you to counselling. This helps us begin to build a strong therapeutic relationship, which is at the heart of meaningful and effective therapy.

As we continue working together, our sessions will be shaped by your needs and goals. I may offer gentle reflections, explore patterns with you, and occasionally provide worksheets or tools to support insight and self-awareness outside of our sessions.

Counselling is a collaborative process. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just a willingness to be curious about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, creating a space where healing, growth, and change can unfold.
Not right now, this is currently work in progress, bear with me.
Once you're all signed in, after your 50-minute session, payment will automatically go out, and you will be sent a receipt.
